Jennifer Aniston Regains Title of Hollywood's Most Desired Body at Age 42

Three years ago, Jennifer Aniston was crowned the most desired body in the annual Hollywood’s Hottest Looks survey, compiled by Beverly Hills plastic surgeons Richard W. Fleming M.D. and Toby G. Mayer, M.D.

Then ... came the drought.

In 2010 singer Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson grabbed the top spot. Last year Aniston came in a close second to supermodel Gisele Bundchen.

But in 2012, it is again all about the “Friends” star, who topped the 15th annual Most Desired Female Body category at the age of 42, leaving 20-something stars Bar Rafaeli and Shakira in her dust.

But while the relatively older Aniston may be have the most coveted total package, younger stars are filling in more and more slots on the docs' body parts lists.

“The biggest shift over the past year is that the younger celebrity group is emerging – people like Katy Perry. The celebrity faces are what people refer to as an example because they like the way they look and they refer to these celebrities when they are considering plastic surgery,” Dr. Fleming told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column. “Another interesting change this year is that the female body choice is smaller in proportion. People don’t want an unbalanced body.”

In the hair department, the winners were Taylor Swift, Katherine McPhee and Jennifer Lopez. When it came to the most coveted female lips, Angelina Jolie took gold – followed by Charlize Theron and Katherine Heigl. And the most popular eyes? Penelope Cruz, Amanda Seyfried and Katy Perry.

When it comes to dudes, newcomer Chris Hemsworth has 2012's Most Desired Body, beating out Taylor Lautner and Chris Evans.

Justin Timberlake, Ryan Seacrest and Ryan Reynolds were acknowledged for their sought-after skin, and Jude Law, Johnny Depp and Brad Pitt earned the top three spots, respectively, for their envied cheeks.

One noticeable exclusion from the list were two of the most talked about young ladies of 2011, Kate and Pippa Middleton.

“It happened too late with them, this is a calendar year survey. With respect, the younger sister Pippa, all people really talked about was her butt. They did not talk about her facial features,” Fleming added. “While many people do ask for Kate’s eyes, she became really popular in the middle of 2011 so did not score as many requests as celebrities in the public eye for the entire year. Kate’s facial features however, are much more classic. She is very pretty and lots of people talk about her.”
