Michael Lohan Collapses at AA Meeting, Rushed to Hospital With Blood Clot

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – Lindsay Lohan's father Michael collapsed during an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting and was taken by ambulance to a local hospital, where he was treated for a blood clot in his lung, Radar Online reported Wednesday.

The entertainment website said according to a source close to Michael Lohan, he began feeling lightheaded during the AA meeting Tuesday and walked outside, where he collapsed.

Doctors at Palm Beach Gardens Hospital found a blood clot in his lung and he was given medication and further tests to make sure it hadn't spread.

"Michael's still waiting on the test results and we're not sure when he'll be released from the hospital," the source told Radar.

Lohan, 51, was arrested in October for violating a restraining order initiated by ex-girlfriend Kate Major and has since been in a 120-day court appointed rehab stint in Florida.

Earlier this month he had surgery to unclog an artery and repair blockage in his heart, then returned to the hospital with a staph infection.
