Train hits bus in western Germany, 3 hospitalized

Police say a train has collided with a bus in northwestern Germany, injuring at least three people.

Osnabrueck police said the accident happened Wednesday morning in the nearby town of Melle, news agency dpa reported. The bus was stuck on a railway crossing, for reasons that weren't immediately clear.

Three people were taken to hospitals.
