Caught between its campaign pledges and pressure from creditors, Greece's left-wing Syriza government delivered the list on the cusp of Monday night's deadline. Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras is meeting with his radical left party's lawmakers to brief them on the pledges his government has made to European creditors in order to win a four-month extension to the country's international bailout.

The meeting, being held behind closed doors, comes amid increasing signs of rancor within Tsipras' Syriza party over the concessions made regarding the party's pre-election campaign pledges to abolish all bailout measures.
