London equities climbed at the start of trading on Monday.
The benchmark FTSE 100 index rose 0.13 percent to 6,656.43 points in early deals compared with Friday's closing value.
Elsewhere, Frankfurt's DAX 30 gained 0.11 percent to 8,416.11 points and the CAC 40 in Paris advanced also by 0.11 percent to stand at 4,050.04 compared with Friday's closing values.
