Correction: Afghan-NATO's Waning War story

In a story May 19 about the Afghanistan war, The Associated Press reported erroneously that $4.1 billion would be needed from foreign coffers to pay for the Afghan security forces after 2014 when most international combat troops will leave. The Afghan government is providing $500 million of that figure.
