— Wang Xuanshang, Chinese, a deputy general manager for China Railway Construction Corp.'s international group.
— Chang Xuehui, Chinese, the general manager of the China Railway Construction Corp.'s West Africa division.
— Aleksandr Kononenko, 52, Russian, a navigator with the Russian cargo company Volga-Dnepr Airlines.
— Vladimir V. Kudryashov, 40, Russian, a flight radio operator with the cargo company Volga-Dnepr Airlines.
— Konstantin V. Preobrazhensky, 56, Russian, a flight engineer with the cargo company Volga-Dnepr Airlines.
