Is your community and mission in line? It might not be. Remind yourself of what you think you’re building. Then check to see if your followers are experiencing that.
Is your community happy? Know what content is working and what your followers enjoy.
Who did you celebrate today? Praise your followers and thank them for their time and their comments. “Really acknowledge them,” says Ho. “At the end of the day, people just want someone to say, ‘good job.’”
