WikiLeaks: Team Hillary Feared Clinton-Cosby Comparisons

Political operative Ron Klain in January sent an "urgent" email to Hillary Clinton's campaign staff warning of possible questions she might face, including how her husband's sexual indiscretions might compare to Bill Cosby.
Klain's insights became public Thursday thanks to the latest dump by WikiLeaks of campaign Chairman John Podesta's hacked emails.
"How is what Bill Clinton did different from what Bill Cosby did?"
Klain, who served as chief of staff to Vice Presidents Al Gore and Joe Biden, wrote that the campaign needed to set aside time to discuss the political questions, which now seem to be really owning the coverage."

Klain had several under the heading "WJC Issues."
One was particularly harsh: "How is what Bill Clinton did different from what Bill Cosby did?"
Cosby's career and reputation, of course, went up in flames after a steady stream of women came forward to accuse the one-time "America's Favorite Dad" of drugging them and then sexually assaulting them. A trail of allegations of sexual impropriety -- from consensual affairs to forced sex -- also has followed Bill Clinton.
Other questions that Klain anticipated Hillary Clinton might get included:
"Is his conduct relevant to your campaign?"
"You said every woman should be believed. Why not the women who accused him?"
"Will you apologize to the women who were wrongly smeared by your husband and his allies?"
Non-Bill questions that Klain warned the candidate should be ready for included why she was slipping in the polls, her email server scandal and whether voters could trust her.
