USC Student Suspended After Allegedly Having Sex on Campus Building Roof

Published January 13, 2015

New York Post

A fraternity at the University of Southern California has suspended one member who allegedly had sex on the roof of a campus building, an incident that was photographed.

Kappa Sigma suspended the man "for conduct unbecoming of a Kappa Sigma and a gentleman," the Los Angeles Times reported.

University officials also are considering whether to take disciplinary action against the student.

"There is an alarm system in place for roof access, which is how we were first notified of the intrusion," Denzil Suite, associate vice president at USC for student affairs, told the Times. "We will be following up. However, the university does not publicly discuss issues of campus discipline because of prevailing privacy laws and concerns."
