FREEHOLD, N.J. (AP) _ UMH Properties Inc. (UMH) on Tuesday reported a key measure of profitability in its second quarter.

The Freehold, New Jersey-based real estate investment trust said it had funds from operations of $6.2 million, or 16 cents per share, in the period.
