Picnic argument leads to fatal shooting of man

A 22-year-old man was shot to death during a backyard family picnic in western Pennsylvania, authorities said.

Investigators said gunfire broke out after Robert Kramer Jr. and 28-year-old Joshua Moss got into an argument over a set of keys with the suspect on Sunday night in Mount Pleasant Township.

Kramer was shot in the chest outside of his home and later died.
A 28-year-old man was taken into custody after the shooting and faces a homicide charge.

The shooting remains under investigation.
