NYC teenager survives 5-story fall from apartment building roof

This kid’s got nine lives.

A 16-year-old boy miraculously survived — suffering little more than a broken leg — a five-story fall from the roof of his grandmother’s Inwood apartment building last night, sources said.

The boy, identified by neighbors only as Nathaniel, landed like a cat after tumbling from the top of the six-story building at 541 W. 204th St. at 7:15 p.m.

He wound up on roof of a neighboring single-story building.

“It sounded like a bomb,” said Jiselle Nunez, 25, who was working inside the store at the time. “He [the boy] was screaming.”

Nunez said a police officer and another man rescued the youth by pulling him in through a window near where he landed.
