Judge: OK to photograph Ohio teen shooting suspect

A judge in Ohio has reversed his decision barring photographs showing the face of a 17-year-old suspect in a deadly high school shooting, at least for a possible hearing next week.

Judge Timothy Grendell had barred media from photographing the faces of suspect T.J. Lane and his relatives Tuesday. Several media outlets, including The Associated Press, challenged the order.

Grendell said Wednesday he would decide later about whether to allow more photos of the teen and whether relatives can be photographed.

Lane is accused of taking a pistol to Chardon High and firing 10 shots at a group of students sitting at a cafeteria table on Monday. Three students died, and two were seriously hurt.

Grendell also released records regarding an assault charge and traffic citation against Lane.
