Correction: Healthcare Fraud Scheme story

In a Feb. 28 story about a massive health care fraud scheme, The Associated Press, relying on a federal indictment, erroneously reported a subsidiary of BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina named Trailblazer Health Enterprises processed Medicare payments for home health service agencies in Texas. Home health service agencies in Texas are paid by another BlueCross subsidiary, Palmetto GBA, according to BlueCross and federal officials.
