Friends and relatives of a 4-year-old girl who died after being thrown from a horse during a show will gather for a funeral visitation.

Calling hours are being held Tuesday evening in Lancaster, New Hampshire, for Mackennah Mae Caulder. She died at a hospital Friday after she was thrown from the horse while participating in the White Mountains Riding Horse Show at the Lancaster Fair.

Calling hours are 5-8 p.m. at Fournier-Hale Funeral Home in North Woodstock.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Woodstock Cemetery in Woodstock.

Last year, a Vermont man and his 6-year-old daughter were killed when a storm blew through the fairgrounds, toppling a tent during a circus show. Fifty other people were hurt.
