CALLS GROW FOR ARAB NATIONS TO GIVE MONEY, TROOPS TO FIGHT ISIS
JOHN LAYFIELD: Why have we not asked them to do this before? These guys are not willing to do anything because we are willing to do it all. The reason is because we have stepped up and said we are going to do all of it. They need to step up!
JONAS FERRIS: It could look like we are taking their oil. When someone gives you money there are always strings attached. Then they will have to start giving us cues.
GARY B. SMITH: They should pitch in, but why? If ISIS becomes disruptive and tries to take over oil fields in the OPEC nations then maybe they will view them as a threat and step up. But until then they are going to sit on the sidelines and not get their hands dirty.
SASCHA BURNS: These nations don't have the same goals as us. Their main concern is keeping their power. It's better for them for us to go in and do the dirty work.
TRACY BYRNES: They are letting us fund it because we are offering. This is putting our country further in debt. They are here, we need to do something, but it shouldn't be just on our shoulders.
REPORT: GOV'T SPENDING $3.9 MILLION TO STUDY MONKEYS GETTING DRUNK
TRACY BYRNES: If you want to know what happens when people drink too much, go to your local fraternity house on a Saturday night. This is ridiculous! The National Institute of Health does studies on the most ridiculous things. I understand we have to study animals for science, but alcohol.. come on.. let's focus on things that are really effecting our country right now- Ebola, cancer...
SASCHA BURNS: This makes sense- they are studying the effects of alcohol abuse on your body. And this costs us billions of dollars a year and many deaths.
JOHN LAYFIELD: Put a go-pro on a college kid for the weekend and this is done! Our government is insane- get rid of all these drunk monkeys in DC.
JONAS FERRIS: The knowledge is worth a few million dollars.
GARY B. SMITH: The fact that we can have studies like this point out all the inefficiencies in big government.
RECENT CONTROVERSIES INVOLVING PUBLIC SCHOOLS FUELING TAXPAYER DEBATE
GARY B. SMITH: It is disgraceful! You should be learning about patriotism, revering your country and respecting the president.
SASCHA BURNS: This is insane!
TRACY BYRNES: If my kids came home with this I think I would have a heart attack and march down to the school. Many teachers, since they are Democrat, liberal, union that's what comes out.
JONAS FERRIS: It's hard to draw the line, because there are people that want to ban books. I'm more concerned that they aren't learning because it's back in the '60s school.
JOHN LAYFIELD: Baker should be treated as a hero- whoever did this should be fired.
