GREG GUTFELD, CO-HOST: Well, it's official. Bob Filner is a pile of crap. A nurse has accused the San Diego mayor of sexually harassing her as she tried to assist a severely injured marine. Michelle Tyler says she met with him on behalf of veterans needing help with red tape.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
MICHELLE TYLER, FILNER HARASSMENT ACCUSER: It was extremely disturbing to me that he made it very clear that his expectation was that his help for Katherine depended on my willingness to go to dinner with him, spend personal time with him and be seen in public with him.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
GUTFELD: Call it a quid pro quo, but I call it a pig pro quo.
A new accuser claims the mayor tried to put her in a sleeper hold. I guess that's a poor man's roofie.
But it gets worse. CNN reports Filner attended events for veterans group that supports victims of victims of military sexual assault and some members say they had unwanted encounters with him. Unwanted encounters. That reminds me --
(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)
FORMER PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON: Hello, this is President Bill Clinton. I'm asking you to join me in supporting Bob Filner for mayor. Bob has the experience to move San Diego forward, to create good paying 21st century jobs, support quality public education, and put neighborhoods first, not special interest.
(END AUDIO CLIP)
GUTFELD: Remember him? He felt your pain, sometimes your butt. He offered hope with a grope. No wonder he gave Filner a thumps up. It's part of a rich tradition going back to Kathy Willey bit lip.
And it's nothing new. Marilyn Monroe died of an overdose, not just of drugs but of Kennedys. That's bad stuff. Just ask Mary Jo.
The silence from female Dems is astounding. But that's the benefit pig pass. If your heart is in the right place, your hands can go anywhere.
Democratic women fail to see the two behaviors are linked, or maybe they do but pretend not to, I don't know. Hence the male feminist who never has to say he is sorry until he is caught. But until then, I guess marching for women means you can trample all over them.
ERIC BOLLING, CO-HOST: Yay! The funny monologue is back. That was good. I loved that monologue. It was hilarious.
(CROSSTALK)
DANA PERINO, CO-HOST: You had the dark period of monologue. Very serious.
BOLLING: Very serious.
ANDREA TANTAROS, CO-HOST: I wanted to light a candle.
GUTFELD: Why wasn't there some kind of intervention?
(CROSSTALK)
BOB BECKEL, CO-HOST: You mention right of the bat about your monologue. You mentioned two presidents, the two most popular presidents since FDR, beat every Republican president by a bunch.
GUTFELD: Right.
BECKEL: Jack Kennedy and Bill Clinton were far more popular than Republicans.
TANTAROS: Yes, they slept with everyone who could vote.
(LAUGHTER)
BECKEL: That didn't include you, right? So --
PERINO: She wasn't born yet.
TANTAROS: Yes, that would be a very big offense if they would try to sleep with me --
BECKEL: You know what happened to them, they'd been dead.
GUTFELD: Bob, 13 accusers. There have been 13 accusers. Why aren't Democrats calling for his scalp?
BECKEL: That is a good question. I think they should. Seriously. I think they should. Seriously, I think they should. I think the National Organization for Women -- you know, there are opportunities it seems to me that my party has dismissed every day. For example, we'll talk about this letter, but Sharpton and Jackson should be out on bus horror.
On a situation like why the National Organization for Women, which is a good organization, does good things, why they're not out condemning this guy and endorsing a primary opponent is beyond me. I don't know.
BOLLING: Primary opponent, because he's a Democrat for one?
BECKEL: No, no, same way you Republicans are eating each other like little kids for breakfast.
PERINO: Who eats little kids for breakfast?
BECKEL: Republicans.
GUTFELD: You do.
TANTAROS: Boxer, Feinstein, you hear nothing from their offices. And I love that point, President Obama never misses an opportunity to miss an opportunity. Yesterday, he was giving a speech in San Diego to the military. He addressed a very important topic, military rape, very serious, very big problem.
However, he could have mentioned something with Filner, mere yards away from him in rehab. It would have been a huge opportunity. But instead it was a missed one.
GUTFELD: Especially since Filner was hitting on women who were victims of sexual assault.
BOLLING: In the business world, this guy wouldn't last five seconds. He would be thrown out the door. I don't know why he is technically still mayor.
(CROSSTALK)
BOLLING: That's the difference between public and private. The private sector would say no way. We are not dealing with this.
(CROSSTALK)
BOLLING: This guy -- what?
GUTFELD: You watched too many Oliver Stone movie.
BECKEL: I guess I did.
(CROSSTALK)
BECKEL: I have been to a bunch of the parties. The women were treated like crap.
GUTFELD: Those were politicians, Bob.
Wait, Dana, I want to get you in on this. Is this the real war on women?
PERINO: This is what is amazing. I am a big admirer of discipline. It is amazing how Democrats just know instinctively don't say anything because this could tarnish somebody else. I don't think they really care about Filner, I think they're probably disgusted by his behavior. But they know better not to say anything because Republicans can stand to be a little more like this.
(CROSSTALK)
PERINO: To your point, the cannibalism on the Republican Party when somebody does something wrong. You know what? I would with rather be for that party. I'd rather be for the one that actually sticks up for something. There are a lot of women in Washington, D.C. who would be all over if this was a Republican.
And you know what, as soon as I say that, tomorrow, there probably be a Republican announced to have done maybe not as horrible things.
I have one question about this -- he is 70?
GUTFELD: Yes.
PERINO: At what point do these guys slow down?
GUTFELD: I don't know.
BECKEL: When you can.
TANTAROS: Pharmaceutical help.
GUTFELD: Yes.
BECKEL: There is nothing wrong with that.
TANTAROS: TMI, Bob. TMI.
BECKEL: I want to make one point about that. Can Viagra please -- let generic Viagra come through, you guys got something wired out there and I'm tired of it.
TANTAROS: On that note.
GUTFELD: That is the way to end this segment. All righty then.
PERINO: Cue the commercial.
