Is there physical evidence that can prove Kobe is guilty of sexually assaulting the 19-year-old hotel worker? If not the Kobe case may come down to ‘He said, She said’, so who will get the benefit and who will get the burden of doubt? We’ll assess the situation.
Is the district attorney up to such a high profile case? We’ll ask Carol McKinley of the Eagle County Justice Center.
