Big News: The first look at a new motion picture by Quentin Tarantino in five years appears starting tonight.
A trailer for Kill Bill, which stars Uma Thurman, David Carradine and Daryl Hannah, will be shown right before every showing of Gangs of New York thanks to Miramax Films.
Tarantino's last movie was Jackie Brown (1997). Kill Bill, filmed mostly in China with martial arts experts, was originally supposed to star Warren Beatty, but he left the project before it started.
Originally, Tarantino started out to make a World War II epic to follow Jackie Brown, but wound up doing Kill Bill instead. Tarantino has had a cult following since bursting onto the scene in the early '90s with Reservoir Dogs and then the Academy Award-winning Pulp Fiction.
