Man Dies After Falling Into Hot Water Tank at Paper Company

An employee of International Paper Company's Mansfield Mill died after falling into a tank of hot water.
DeSoto sheriff's deputies, emergency medical personnel and DeSoto Fire District No. 8 fire fighters were dispatched to the plant after the call came in just before 1 p.m. Monday.
The parish coroner was also called to the paper mill.
The victim's name has not been released.
