Man Arrested After Pennsylvania Officer Shot in Face

A police officer was shot in the face Monday morning, and dozens of fellow officers flooded a West Philadelphia neighborhood looking for the gunman.
A man was taken into custody near the shooting scene within an hour.
The officer was reported to be in good condition at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
The circumstances leading up the 9 a.m. shooting were unclear.
