Kim McIntyre joined FOX News Channel (FNC) as a Dallas-based correspondent in 2006. She previously worked as a freelance producer in FNC’s Washington, DC, bureau.
Most recently, McIntyre has provided coverage of illegal immigration issues and legislation proposals from the Texas-Mexico border. She has also reported on the trial of Enron’s Ken Lay and on Vice President Dick Cheney’s 2006 hunting accident.
Prior to joining FNC, McIntyre served as a reporter for WTSP-TV, a CBS affiliate in Tampa, Florida. She has also worked as a traffic reporter for WTVT-TV, a Fox affiliate in Tampa, and as a weekend anchor for WFRV-TV, a CBS affiliate in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Before joining WFRV in 1998, she served as a weather reporter and sports reporter for KTSM-TV, an NBC affiliate in El, Paso, Texas. McIntyre started her journalism career as an evening anchor and reporter for WHAG-TV, an NBC affiliate in Hagerstown, Maryland in 1995.
McIntyre graduated from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
