Former Student Sues N.J. School Alleging Principal Forced Him Into Dirty Talk

A former Teaneck High School student claims he was forced into graphic sex talk and ordered to take his pants off in the principal's office. He's suing, alleging the school's lack of safety rules subjected him to abuse.

Andrew Dizon is now 20, but he was a 17-year-old senior when he claims former Principal Joseph White engaged him in explicit conversations and told the boy to expose himself.

Dizon, who later wore a wiretap, met White at his office and obtained the key evidence that put White behind bars.

White was sentenced to a year in jail last year, but was released in February for good behavior, less than four months into his sentence.
