Baby in Stolen Car Found in Yard

Authorities say a 1-year-old boy who was left inside a car that was stolen has been found in a Longwood woman's yard.

Deputies say Julinia Moreno, 24, left her son in the car while she went to a party at an Altamonte Springs house. Moreno let another man, 24-year-old Joshua Barnes, borrow the 2006 Nissan Altima.

With the boy still inside the car, Barnes drove to another house, where he left the car running and unlocked. Authorities say that's where 36-year-old David Carver stole it.

The boy was evaluated at a hospital and was placed in the custody of the sheriff's office.
