Amber Frey in Court for Custody Hearing

Amber Frey (search) and the father of her youngest child appeared briefly yesterday in Fresno County Superior Court.

The two agreed on visitation rights for their nine-month-old boy.

Frey was a star witness against her former lover, Scott Peterson (search), at the man's trial.

He was convicted on two counts of murder and faces the death penalty.
