Nurnberg, Germany (SportsNetwork.com) - Saturday's all-Italian final at the Nurnberg Cup tennis event will pit Roberta Vinci against Karin Knapp.

The fourth-seeded Vinci reached the final via walkover when second-seeded German favorite Angelique Kerber pulled out of their scheduled semifinal on Friday, while the sixth-seeded Knapp spanked Spaniard Lara Arruabarrena 6-0, 6-2 at this final clay-court French Open tune-up.

The world No. 48 Knapp is 3-2 lifetime versus the 42nd-ranked Vinci, including a win in Morocco just three weeks ago.

The 32-year-old Vinci is 9-3 in her career WTA finals, with her last title coming in her hometown of Palermo in 2013.

The 27-year-old Knapp is 1-1 in her finals, with her lone title coming last year in Tashkent.

Saturday's winner will collect $38,500.
