Vikings add CB Bowman, re-sign LB Henderson

The Minnesota Vikings announced Tuesday that the team has signed free agent cornerback Zach Bowman and re-signed linebacker Erin Henderson.

Bowman spent the 2011 campaign with the Chicago Bears, the same club that drafted him in the fifth round of the 2008 NFL Draft. Bowman has made 16 starts in his career, with his best year coming in 2009 when he recorded six interceptions.

Henderson had his most productive season of his four-year career in 2011, recording 70 tackles and 1 1/2 sacks in 15 games for the Vikings, who picked up the Maryland product as a rookie free agent back in 2008.
