While we all anxiously await the return of Byron Buxton to the big leagues, the Twins' top prospect is still tearing it up in the minors -- and he's even earning awards.

Baseball America is recently released a series on the players with the best tools in the minor-leagues and Buxton earned numerous awards for the Southern League.

- Fastest Base Runner

- Best Defensive Outfielder

- Most Exciting Player

No surprises here.

Other Twins prospects who made the list include Max Kepler, for Best Strike Zone Judgement and Jose Berrios for Best Control.

The winners for each category are determined by coaches in each perspective league.

We hope to see Buxton showing off these skills back in the big leagues very soon
