Thereau helps Udinese edge Lazio

Turin, Italy (SportsNetwork.com) - Cyril Thereau opened his scoring account for the Serie A season on Thursday by bagging the lone goal in Udinese's 1-0 win at Lazio.

Thereau struck in the 26th minute of Thursday's affair to put the visitors in front.

Udinese never looked back, holding off the hosts to collect a third win of the season and climb into third place in the Serie A table with nine points.

Lazio, meanwhile, continues to struggle as the club stays put with just three points from four matches thus far.
