Mitch Morse could be back just in time to help his team seal a playoff berth up.

The Chiefs' starting center practiced for the first time since suffering a concussion in Week 12. He missed last week's game against the Raiders, too.

Morse had been on the field for every one of Kansas City's offensive plays. His return might kick Zach Fulton out to guard, where fellow starter Ben Grubbs (neck) was lost for the season.

The team hopes more good news is on its way. Tamba Hali, Husain Abdullah, Mike DeVito, De'Anthony Thomas and Justin Houston all sat out practice with various ailments.
