University of Tennessee wide receiver Da'Rick Rogers has been suspended indefinitely for violating team rules.

Details were not provided by the school, which added that Rogers' status for the remainder of the season has yet to be determined.

The junior will miss at least next Friday's season-opener against North Carolina State.

Rogers led the SEC last year with 67 catches and 1,040 yards. He also scored nine touchdowns and led the Volunteers with 1,163 all-purpose yards.
