Source: Dodgers bring back 2B Belliard for 1 year, $825K

The Los Angeles Dodgers are bringing back second baseman Ronnie Belliard on a one-year, $825,000 deal, a source confirmed to FOXSports.com.

In 24 games with the Dodgers in 2009, Belliard hit .351 with 5 home runs and 17 RBIs. He batted .300 in eight postseason games. Los Angeles lost to the Phillies in five games in the NLCS.

Belliard made his only All-Star team in 2004 when he was playing for the Cleveland Indians.
