Saints and Redskins on verge of deal

The Washington Redskins continue their massive offseason overhaul.

FOXSports.com has learned that the Saints and Redskins are on the verge of a trade that would send Saints two-time Pro Bowl left tackle Jammal Brown to Washington for a conditional draft pick.

Brown would team with first-round draft pick Trent Williams, the No. 4 overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft, to give quarterback Donovan McNabb an instant bookend at tackle.

Coincidentally the two were both offensive tackles at Oklahoma.
