Ronda Rousey scorched her trolls with absolutely perfect life advice

Ronda Rousey is always a topic of conversation on the Internet given she's one of the most popular athletes in all of sports, which means she's constantly subjected to social media trolls.

That's the case on a normal day.

Consider that Rousey made headlines this week for breaking down on TV and admitting she had suicidal thoughts after losing to Holly Holm, and you can only image the comments she's getting across social media.

So Rousey decided to share some life advice with every Internet troll by posting this quote to Instagram.

"One of life's simple truth's: If you post a rude, insulting comment on a complete stranger's social media, you're a sad, empty loser. You're also an asshole."

Harsh, but absolutely 100-percent true.
