Rodriguez named MISL Player of Week

Tampa, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Missouri Comets midfielder Lucas Rodriguez has been named the MISL Player of the Week for the 15th week of the 2013-14 regular season.

Rodriguez had the game-winning goal for the Comets as they earned a road victory against the Milwaukee Wave on Sunday.

The former MISL Rookie of the Year produced three assists in Missouri's 26-21 victory over the St. Louis Ambush, including the helper on Leo Gibson's game- winning goal, and then scored the game-winner himself on Sunday afternoon against the Wave in a 15-9 win.
