World Team Tennis returns to New York this summer at the historic West Side Tennis Stadium in Queens.

Andy Roddick and Patrick McEnroe will join the New York Empire team to compete at the former site of the U.S. Open. Roddick will play and McEnroe will coach the team at six home matches during the season, which runs July 31-Aug. 13.

"To play on the legendary courts at Forest Hills and be involved with a team in a city that I love, New York, will make this even more special," said Roddick, who won the 2003 U.S. Open.

The New York Sportimes were based in Manhattan from 2009-13 before the team moved to San Diego.

The Empire roster will be set at the WTT player draft on March 25. The final will be Aug. 27 in New York.
