John Robertson threw for 285 yards and four touchdowns, Poppy Livers added 87 yards receiving and a touchdown, and Villanova beat Maine 41-20 on Saturday.

Villanova led 21-13 at halftime, and then Robertson threw two third quarter touchdowns, including a 43-yard strike to Kevin Gulyas.

It was the fourth consecutive game in which Robertson had thrown four TD's for the Wildcats (4-1, 2-0 Colonia Athletic Association). Villanova has scored 40 or more points in four straight games, all wins, following a week one loss to Syracuse. The victory was also Villanova's third straight at Maine, after losing their previous five road contests against the Black Bears.

Daniel Collins led Maine (2-3, 1-1) with 210 yards passing and three touchdowns. Damarr Aultman added nine catches for 88 yards for the Black Bears, who were held to just 59 total yards rushing on 28 carries.
