Mark Davis is reportedly lining up suitors to boost his team's relocation efforts.
According to Bleacher Report's Jason Cole, the Raiders owner is considering selling a stake of the Silver and Black to a "mystery billionaire."
Ownership changes are commonplace in professional sports. But if this move goes through, it could oust a Davis from majority rule of one of America's storied teams.
The Raiders might not have a choice. Cole reports that money has been a sticking point for the team in its relocation efforts.
Presumably, this unknown co-owner would add their sizable capital to the front office and help bankroll a new Raiders stadium -- either in Oakland or in Los Angeles.
