Rays' Zobrist leaves with back spasms

Tampa Bay Rays second baseman Ben Zobrist was removed in the fourth inning of Sunday's game with the Baltimore Orioles due to back spasms.

Zobrist grounded out in his only at-bat. He was replaced by Will Rhymes.

The injury is not believed to be serious and Zobrist is considered day-to-day.
