Rain postpones Cardinals-Braves

ATLANTA (AP) The St. Louis Cardinals' game at the Atlanta Braves on Saturday night has been postponed because of rain.

A doubleheader has been scheduled for Sunday, the final day of the regular season, starting at 1 p.m. EDT.

St. Louis, the NL Central champion, opens the NL Division Series at home on Friday against the winner of the wild card game between Pittsburgh and the Chicago Cubs.
