Porto's perfect mark spoiled by Guimaraes

Lisbon, Portugal (SportsNetwork.com) - FC Porto's 100 percent record was brought to an end on Sunday by Guimaraes as the two sides played to a 1-1 draw.

Porto won its first three games by a combined score of 6-0, and the club went in front on Sunday in the 61st minute when Jackson Martinez scored from the penalty spot after defender Bruno Gaspar brought down Yacine Brahimi inside the area.

However, Martinez gave the goal back eight minutes later when he fouled forward Andre Andre inside the box, paving the way for Bernard Mensah to convert his own penalty kick to snatch a share of the points for Guimaraes.

Rio Ave also dropped points for the first time this season as the club was also held to a 1-1 draw at Moreirense. Diego Lopes scored in the 28th for Rio Ave, but Moreirense answered back early in the second half through Vitor Gomes, leaving Rio Ave on top of the league on goal difference.

Benfica hammered Setubal, 5-0, behind a hat trick from Anderson Conceicao on Friday, making the club one of four teams with 10 points at the top of the table.

Sporting Lisbon and Belenenses traded first-half goals in a 1-1 draw, Arouca edged Braga, 1-0, with Claro's goal in the fifth minute holding up as the winner, Boavista claimed its first win of the campaign thanks to an own goal from Academica's Richard Ofori in the second half of a 1-0 win, Maritimo scored twice in the second half to down Penafiel, 2-0, Pacos Ferreira and Gil Vicente battled to a 1-1 draw and Bruno Miguel scored twice to propel Estoril to a 2-1 win over Nacional.
