Looking to keep pace with the St. Louis Cardinals, the Pittsburgh Pirates needed a win Sunday.

Josh Harrison was the man for the job.

With one out in the 11th and men on second and third, Harrison ripped a single to left, scoring the walk off run:

After the game, Harrison said that he thrives in those situations.

"You love being in those situations," Harrison said via TribLive. "You want to be the guy."

The Pirates are going to need Harrison to be the guy with just 20 games left in this season.

Pittsburgh trails the Cardinals by 2.5 games in the NL Central.
