Paraguay international Estigarribia joins Juve on loan

Juventus has acquired Paraguay international Marcelo Estigarribia on loan from Deportivo Maldonado, the club confirmed on Monday.

The 24-year-old midfielder spent time with Newell's in Argentina last season on loan, while also taking part in the Copa America for Paraguay this summer.

Estigarribia's move to Juventus can become permanent at the end of the season for a fee of $7.2 million.
