The Packers received the Browns' selections in the second and fourth rounds, both of which are the first pick in their respective round.

The last time Green Bay did not have a first-round pick was in 2008, when the Packers also traded out of the round, sending the pick to the New York Jets, also for second- and fourth-round picks. Green Bay's first selection that year, with the Jets former pick, was wide receiver Jordy Nelson at No. 36 overall.

Cleveland took tight end David Njoku.
