Indianapolis, IN (SportsNetwork.com) - Paul George had 21 points and 13 rebounds in the Indiana Pacers' 89-74 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Lance Stephenson added 22 points for Indiana, which is off to a 3-0 start for the second time in the last three years.

The Pacers outrebounded the Cavs 51-37.

Dion Waiters netted 17 points to go with four steals, while Kyrie Irving added 15 points and five assists for the Cavaliers, who have dropped seven in a row to Indiana.

"As crazy as this sounds, I thought tonight was our best offensive night, from the standpoint that the ball moved and bodies moved," Cavs head coach Mike Brown said.

The Pacers led throughout most of the contest and put the game away early in the fourth.

After Jarrett Jack's jumper pulled Cleveland within 65-57 with 11:33 remaining, Indiana answered with a 14-4 run. Stephenson had 10 points during the surge, including a triple to cap it and increase the cushion to 79-61 with 7:46 left. The margin swelled to as high as 19 down the stretch.

The Pacers led 21-16 after a quarter of play and 43-37 at the break.

George had seven points during a 9-2 spurt in the third, which gave the hosts a 57-45 margin late in the frame. Indiana led 62-55 after three.
