Nugget Martin fined $35,000 for ejection

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Denver Nuggets forward Kenyon Martin has been fined $35,000 after getting ejected from a game against the Charlotte Bobcats, the NBA said on Tuesday.
The incident happened late in the second quarter of Denver's 104-93 win on Monday at the Pepsi Center in Denver.
Martin, who averages 11.5 points and nine rebounds, was assessed two technicals and tossed out of the game after arguing with the referees.
