No. 8 Michigan State may face its biggest defensive challenge of the season Saturday even though Indiana won't be at full strength.

The Hoosiers (3-3, 0-2 Big Ten) are already without starting quarterback Nate Sudfeld and may be without backup Chris Covington.

They still have running back Tevin Coleman. The 6-foot-1, 210-pound junior with the perfect blend of size and speed has been breaking tackles and records all year. But the nation's leading rusher has stayed mostly below the radar.

He'll have a chance to change that against one of the nation's stingiest run defenses.

The Spartans (5-1, 2-0) have an opportunity to prove they can still dominate games as they chase a second straight Big Ten title.
