Jay Cutler and the rest of the Chicago Bears opened a minicamp Tuesday and everything was moving faster than usual.

The new up-tempo style offense came complete with coach Marc Trestman also moving fast. He was running all over the field, up and down the sidelines, to get his point across to players in a high-energy style the Bears aren't used to seeing from their head coach.

Cutler says he likes the new approach under Trestman, who replaced Lovie Smith.
