Highly-rated Wigan winger Victor Moses secured a move to Chelsea on Friday, with the Blues paying a reported fee of $14 million.

The 21-year-old has been a target of Chelsea for much of the summer, and the Nigeria international has now completed a move to join a team that is already loaded with attacking talent.

No details were released regarding personal terms, with Moses becoming the latest signing made by the European champions this summer, along with Cesar Azpilicueta, Marko Marin, Eden Hazard and Oscar.

After featuring in 58 games for Crystal Palace, Moses made 74 appearances for Wigan and also broke into the Nigeria national team earlier this year.
